If my cars over fueling would I get puffs of smoke?

if its badly overfueling then yes you'll get black smoke as thats unburnt fuel .

overfueling is not the only cause of smoke tho as said above

assumed mine was over fueling too!

oh and you can be overfueling and not get smoke. the smoke is just when it's SO rich its not getting burnt at all. if its just megarich but still getting burnt there wont be smoke

Whats white smoke?

Basically my injectors were maxing out due to bad wiring.
So it's been in getting the problem sorted, and now all injectors are pulsing perfect.
But since then im getting a little white smoke if I rev it, like you would on start up.
And im getting blue smoke up the rev range, with a puff once I changed gear?

Doesn't sound good does it?

That's not entirely true.. you can have an incomplete burn event resulting in smoke without misfire.

Your blue puff is nowt to worry about if its only a bit.

However white is usually associated with burning water. Just to be safe Id get it looked at matey. Pop it down the yard if you want and Ill have a look.
