For sale due to upgrade, this was rebuilt by CR Turbos last december and is warrantied until end of december this year, fitted with a Maram 247 shaft, the car didnt see the road until march this year,
it was live mapped by MSD at the beginning of april and has done around 3000 miles since.

No smoke, no play in the shaft, this is an exceptional turbo ideal for anyone running anti lag.

Looking for around £800, the shaft alone is worth more than that!

Still on the car at the moment, so have no other pics, sorry.

 

what sort of power figures were you seeing with that turbo?

 

MSD reckoned around 400bhp, the restricting part being the head which is standard.

This is at a reasonably safe 28psi, it has been mapped with an air injector to reduce the surge due to the standard head,

With the right head/cams, these are meant to good for around 470 i believe.

his old engine spec saw 466bhp with a TT T38 - so they do perform extremely well.

i have the same on my 3 door and i think its greati used to have a t4 but it was very laggy these are not to back quite dam good imo
