Wtf. i pay 10 pounds a month for this, and threw my phone at the wall last night because its bolloxed. still works and seems to of fixed the problem but now my screen is mashed.

long story short insurance said its gonna cost me £50 to send it off and be repaired.

 

Then tell them to stick the insurance then, seems like its defeating the object of having the insurance in the first place

Mine was the same story, £5 a month, phone broke, they didn`t want to know. Just cancel the insurance and tell them where to go!
