Rear Wishbone Rose Joint Removal ??

I was looking at the rose joints on the rear arms last night .

Do they push out ? and can they be re-used ? as i want to powder coat
the arms.

you will need a press to remove them, pop them in to your local friendly garage they might do it for a few beer tokens
