tightening head bolts 65 degrees, is there any tools for it

Default tightening head bolts 65 degrees, is there any tools for it

i need to bolt the head back on my engine and it is done in 3 stages of 65 degrees.
is there anything u can get to help u judge the angle as i didnt really wanna just guess it.
