Default help needed from an electrician please

background first
the house i got now has bugger all plug sockets in each room, mostly 2 singles.
the electrical box has the old fuse wire inserted on the fuses
the house is a concrete fabricated one with brick outer finish.

my question is
i want to install shed loads of double sockets in the various rooms.
i remember a while ago screwfix had a box type thing that you installed on a rota stop sds drill and it basically chisselled the wall to the correct size.
i have looked everywhere to find it,chiselling it sounds like shed loads of work when i can get a tool to do it.

anyone got or know where i can get one from?

i will be getting a qualified electrican in to update my consumer box and re-wire the house, unless someone local to north staffs fancies a cash job?

cheers
lads

If your walls are "No-fines" concrete I think you'll be wasting your money with the above.

your proberly better of hiring an angle grinder and chasing the walls out.will be messy job but the quickest way if walls are solid concrete
