2 wire sensors and injectors

Does it matter which side you put the wires on? or have they got a side for signal and ground? Same with injectors.
the sensors in question are FRST coolant temp (back of intake), IAT and CPS, standard blue injectors.

For the injectors it does not matter where you put the wires. They will work both way's.
Same goes for Coolant and Intake Air temperature sensors.
This does NOT apply for CPS (Crankshaft position sensor) and Phase sensor (Dizzy connection). These have to be the right way. Check wiring diagrams for these two sensors.
I am not sure about a knock sensor. Also check wiring diagram for this one if you have it.
