best method for stripping paint to remove wings and spot welds?

Default best method for stripping paint to remove wings and spot welds?

im looking to remove the wings on my new mk1 and get a proper look at the inner arches etc that cant be seen very well. any tips or ideas of tools to use to make it easier etc would be much appreciated

theres some little wheel things you can get mate that are made from plastic and go in a drill ,they are about 3 or 4 inches in diameter and you should be able to get them from most body shop suppliers they are quite good at getting paint off or try a wire brush wheel which also goes into a drill

blow torch & a wire brush. will take paint straight off without even marking the paint

best advice on here! I have tried them all!

Just ensure you dont get the panel too hot and warp it!
