Xbox 360....red Lights Of Death..where To Send It
My sons Xbox 360 has died and i need to send it back to microsoft for them to sort it.....
Does anyone have a link to where i need to send it to or a number to ring at all please.....

my mate had this happen and its taken them nearly 2months to sort
might be worth seeing if you can ring microsoft direct ?

The number is in the back of the user manual tiff,if you`s still have it,there customer service is second to none,

As a side not.....i also have a chipped Xbox that has the ring of death, do you think they would fix that one aswell.....????

I had my "chip " taken out before i sent mine back,however a friend of mine sent his back chipped and they fixed it , also I think they "flash" the harddrive not chip them

make sure all the cables are in correctly and the hardrive is in correcyt as if they are not it gives up the ring of death mate

Tiff have you tried wiggling all the leads then switching it back on, or the towel trick on youtube??????

One of my mates had this problem tonite with his xbox.Stripped it down took the two big silver things off inside cleaned everything and bingo back up and running.Apparently they get too hot inside he said

also you can wrap em in a towel an overheat them an it will work again but only for a few months or so
Heaps of little things you can do with them to stop them dieing.

they shouldnt repair it if its opened (ie "chipped) but cant hurt to try.

That sony has said will never make a profit at ALL
Reported major losses 2 week's ago then the next day 400.000 sony vaio's went tit's up and game developers find it harder to make game's for the ps3 which is why there has been only a few sony only game's.

just make sure you dont keep it in a tight place make sure there is enough air round it so it wont over heat
