Question Zetec oil jets.

I have a mondeo i plan to take the engine out of its a 1.8 will it have the jets?
I dont think they do but i am not 100% If not where can i get some?

I think its only the 2.0's that had them, not all 2.0s tho afaik...

dont use 2nd hand ones, could be blocked

as for where to get them from, suprisingly FORD sell them lol, for about £3 or £4 each

not worth fucking about with used ones imo

They're not exactly complicated, it's a pipe with a ball and spring in it

Just blow them out with an airline and ensure the ball actually moves.

I will just get new ones then, £3-£4 bet there a bit more than that.
Seen some 2nd hand one on ebay £25+ P&P

thats what i mean lol, ball seized

but as i said, he aint got any, so will have to buy some and possibly fuck about with them...

better off getting newys.

ps i think i paid around £18 for 4. so not bank breaking
