I am getting made redundant as of next Friday,
As I aint been there 12 months what am I entitled to (not alot I know that),
But like Holiday pay, as I had to accrue my days would they only pay me that or upto the full years entitlement.

you will only get what you are owed
if their policy is to give you 2 days holiday per worked calender month and you've already taken them then you won't get them

but if you haven't taken any then, depending on what it says in the contract, they will either let you have them in leiu of you working or not let you carry them over

either way, it all depends on what the contract says

i;'ev ben at companies that won't allow you to work during your holidays and i've been at some that if you take on holiday during he year you get your days paid up as full time, so it's all vastly different and everythign inbetwen

don't expect much more than a week off though

 

Well you won't get any redundancy pay as such. But regardless of the type of contract you hold ie, casual/permanent/salaried you are entitled to any holiday pay owed and your notice period. Providing you don't work for them on a self employed basis. They may let you go before your notice period is up but they still need to pay you to the end of your notice period and any holiday accrued up to that date.
