you will only get what you are owed
if their policy is to give you 2 days holiday per worked calender month and you've already taken them then you won't get them
but if you haven't taken any then, depending on what it says in the contract, they will either let you have them in leiu of you working or not let you carry them over
either way, it all depends on what the contract says
i;'ev ben at companies that won't allow you to work during your holidays and i've been at some that if you take on holiday during he year you get your days paid up as full time, so it's all vastly different and everythign inbetwen
don't expect much more than a week off though
