car in question is a Saab 9000, me and a mate thought we'd have a bash see what happens!
Would the car require a SVA test or anything like that before going back on the road??
I'm guessing yes? I have seen an RST Pick Up conversion before, I believe was owned by a Surrey RSOC member. Any help much appreciated!

Technically (legally) Yes, and you'll get a Q plate.

It also applies to the people who fit 4 x 4 transmission tunnels into various body shells, but you don't see many (any) of them on a Q.
The choice is yours.

We saw a Saab pick up at the Ring this year. The bed was used as a car transporter!

Could only find the one photo, and it's a head on so doesn't show any thing of the conversion sadly.

My friend who's a Saab nut may have more info on it, if I can find any out I'll post back on here.
