is it bubbling up through with the engine running? Either your drawing in air through a split hose (unlikely as the system is pressurised), or you have a blown head gasket/cracked block
I'd get it down to a garage for them to do a 'sniff test', where they test for exhaust gases in the header tank. If it is deffo exhaust gases, then i'm afraid its head off time again

discribe when and how, Most of the bubble problems I see are when the engine has been turned off and the engine then purculates and is nothing to worry about, Also the same goes if you remove the rad cap as you then let the pressure out you should not do that.
Hot water at over boiling temp will create bubles end of.
Don't just go and rip things apart, as it is most likely just dispelling any air that is in the system, it does this most effectively as it cools, so make sure the cap is on always.
Bubbles are perfectly normal, I would just use it and see if water disappears.

I have this occassionally on mine, generally after a good run but once the engine is switched off. I recently had a sniff test done and all was good with the h/g
