Does anyone know if personal allowance is being upped in the next few months. Iv been told that the tax codes are changing so you will have a higher allowance that you dont pay tax on but i cant find any info to back up what iv been told. Any one else heard this??

 

any tax break will be minimal remember what they give you they also take away with a hidden increase else where.
The uk government is more skint than we are they have no money to give back

 

Don't know if it has already been done or is about to be done. They said they were increasing the personal allowance so the new 20% starting point made up for the loss of the 10% band. At the same time they were/are reducing the 40% starting point so that only basic-rate payers are compensated for the Labour Government's fuck-up.
