Default efi ported head

am about to go efi and up the power at the same time and wondered who in your own opinion does the best up-rated ported and polished head and any prices if known. i've heard good things about cylinder head developements/norris heads and does it need bigger valves as seems to be a bit of debate on valve sizes and compound they made of, thought i'd see what you all got to say on matter (it's efi head by the way)

ive just took my head of for a gasket change, first attemp never messed wiv engines b4 but seems easy its only a 1600cvh on original carb, u were saying about using a dremel! i was thinking the same theres about 3mil of black shit oround the outlets an a bit on the inlet, if i was to use a dremel would i have to strip the full head ie vailves an so on?

he was joking about the dremel there is more to doing a head than matching ports together if its your first time with taking the head of then i'd just put it all back together and do some research into what you want from the engine in future and make sure it's a genuine ford head gasket you put back on with new head bolts
