pretty much the same as you tbh, there was loads of stupid petty shit from when i was a kid and have been caught with drugs a few times but never anything major

altho i did once break into a car to steal the center console, i wont say what car because it may upset some people but in our defence we knocked the door of the house who had the cars and asked if we could buy some parts as they were proper wrecks and she said no. Got caught and learnt a valuable lesson i was only 15 or 16

Got in a fight in a kebab shop after a night out and spent a few hours in the cells to sober up. Never charged or anything, just a warning, walked home with the guy i was fighting too, as the coppers let us out the same door at the same time

A couple of years back I decided to go out in my car to a club. Only planned to drink cola and stay of the alcohol but it didnt happen that way. Instead of getting a taxi home I decided to drive home which is where the story goes bad.

On the way home I ended up racing my mate (who had also been drinking) down some country roads and i ended up hitting a kurb doing 60ish, snapping my hub, bending my lower wishbone and strut and shattering my brake disk.

For some reason which I am not at all proud off, I then set fire to my own 2 1/2yo car at the time and planned to do a fradulent claim later on once home.

Luckily (I say this breifly) about 4hours later I got the police knocking on my door questioning me under suspicion of drink driving. I got taken away in a van to be breathilised where luckily I was under the limit and got away free with no fines. Due to the police catching up with me early I was never able to make a claim so could not be done for fraud.

Me and my dad then got my car recovered where I stripped down my car and rebuilt it over the next year to the car you see in my sig. All the fire caused was more grief to me by increasing the amount I had to repair.

Thats my story, one that im not proud of at all, but it happened and I have learnt from it none the less.

the naughtiest thing i wil admit to was when i was about 10 or 11

i stole 2 bunches of keys to the entire school after they were left on the table by the caretaker
i then spent a fwe weeks plotting on how to burgle the whole school
made some copies of the keys etc
then stole some calculators
i ended up being "detained" when someone grassed me up
so i later went round his house and set it on fire
after first trying out my incendiary decive on a telephone box to find out how long it would take to engulf the whole phonebox and so as to work out who long it would take to take hold of his house

needless to say, that reputation stayed with me right through high school, my brother was affected by me being stuff of legend, and i got canned like fuck and my old man beat me with a tennis racket, for 45 minutes, and i still have it on my record, even though i was supposed to have had it wiped from the police records as i was underaged at the time

there may be several minor details from that account that i have not recalled due to my memory loss, but that's the most of it

done loads and not been caught but had my garage raided with two same model cars in there after been watched for about 6 mths, never got prosicuted for that but got done for equip to steal and possestion of offensive weapon a few weeks before that for having a few screwdrivers and a bread knife in the car, which they found when searching/ checking over one of my cars when i got pulled 4 times during one 3 mile journey to my mates house, few years ago now. Been pulled 139 times since passing my test and twice before! other bits and bobs as well but nothing major.

I was 17 my mate was at my house asked to go up the shop on his moped (had no licence) cut a long story short i got pulled over by police who asked for my licence and insurance docs.

I told them i didnt keep them in the bike incase it got nicked, So copper said he would have to give me a seven day wonder (sp) Now being cunning i had memorised all my mates details before i left.

Asked my address, name, DOB, height (luckely we are the same height) and asked if i had markings said no so put earing in left ear which my mate had.

Got back to mine and my mate took his documents down a few days later and got away with it

Also my step dad took me to old bill when i was 16 for having a lump of puff

Run ins with the law... well... I suppose you could almost count the time I got a producer for my XR2 whilst it was parked outside my mum's house and I was at work..... I had to produce because a little girl got run over in the road just down from the car.... and they said my car could have been an obstruction.... we had no drive and it was a public road, where the hell else was I supposed to park it!????/

Oh, and I have been questioned by CID and been the star witness in my ex boyfriend's fraud case..... I had already left him because I had partly realised what he was up to.... didn't stop my jaw hitting the floor when I heard the rest though.....

Run ins so far:

age 7 Arson, set fire to an old wooden football pavillion. I didnt light the match but did break in with the firestarter!

age 8 Playing on train tracks and dodging trains. Police not happy.

age 8 1/2 smashed up a greenhouse, broke into the high school and stole fruit all over the summer holidays.

age 9 shoplifting

age 9 1/2 playing on a dual carriageway bridge.

age 12 causing a letter box to catch fire after throwing in lit bundles of firecrackers.

age 14 Broke a girls arm running her down with my bike. It was an accident as i wasnt paying attention but her and others said it was deliberate so i got arrested. Luckily no charges were brought.

age 17 cautioned as i was caught in possesion of several inert hand grenades and a bayonet. I was on the way to paintball and i was taking it too seriously and had a full "vietnam era" US uniform, helmet etc with inert grenades etc and an M16 bayonet strapped to webbing. Inspired by "Full Metal Jacket". Got piss ripped out of me both by police and when i got to paintball. they wernt fucking laughing after a few headshots and body shots when they realised the flak vest and helmet works well against paintball bruises!!!

age 19 1/2 Breaking and entering to retrieve my laptop and mountain bike that had been stolen from me. They had been stolen by a drug pusher who had access to my student halls and he must have seen the laptop and bike in my room when he knocked on my door and i told him to "fuck off you druggie prick" after he wouldnt take "No" for an answer when i turned down buying anything off him. So i geuss that was his revenge. Set off the alarm on entry and the usualy slow police response ended up being rapid within 2 minutes. Luckily i was a few streets away on my bike after a quick in and out!!!!

Age 19 1/2 Setting alight a litter bin after burning some documentation and throwing the smouldering waste in the litter bin not expecting it to flare up again!! the Bin went up really quick and i couldnt put it out so did a runner Next day the bin had melted into a plastic puddle on the ground!

Various speeding offences over the years.

Age 20 - 22 Various drunken fights - none my fault, just generally standing up for mates or defending myself when standing up for a mate goes wrong

Age 26 Warned over carrying offensive weapon in my car. Had scalpels on passenger seat when pulled over for "erratic driving" after one of my self harm episodes when ill. Ironically having blood soaking through my shirt and being ill meant they let go with the offensive weapon stuff as there was no criminal intent.

Age 26 Various security breeches when i was mentally ill telling people classified information i was supposed to keep secret!! No charges as such but did loose security clearances for rest of my career until i was discharged recently.

age 26 Dangerous driving when i was "nuts" leading to me having license revoked on medical grounds for 6 months. Luckily things were kept "in house" by the Navy docs with DVLA merely knowing about my illness (and associated mandatory "period of stability") rather than the incidents themselves and the much longer revokations that would have resulted.

Various minor speeding offences since having license back.

Various paperwork "errors" while in navy which were technically offences covering up for mates etc. No actual criminal activity but for example signing for things to get someone out of trouble cos they forgot to sign when they did certain things.

Erm thats about it i think.

Off the top of my head here are a few, probably more, but I'm certainly not the worst offender on here going by some of the replies so far!! Dojj, you were into cloning keys when you were 10yrs old?! Haha, thats the mark of a natural hardened criminal mind!!

- Went to the driving range with 3 other mates when we were about 12-13 years old.. got bored hitting balls at nothing, so we tanned a bucket of balls and were planning to hit them at the cows out the back of my house. But by time we got back to mine, it was dark and we couldnt see the cows, so we decided to throw them through the windows of the Primary School instead. One of my neighbours chased us as we hopped fences trying to get away from his crazy dog... police were called, we pleaded innocence, until they told us that they matched the 60-odd balls in the school to the ones we had left in our golf bags.

- I've always loved cars and couldnt be arsed sitting on a bus for 45mins to see my mates. So I treated myself to a MK2 XR2 for Christmas when I was 15, used to drive it around the place for about 6 months. Never really drove like a complete tit in it, the car was a red C-plate, the reg doc was for a white E-plate. Took it to the local Budget Tyre/Exhaust place for a new backbox, came back out after it being fitted, friend asked what funny name I'd given...... but I'd given all my genuine details. Then he said: "Grant, you're 15 you tit, did you not think about giving false details?!"

- Stepped in to stop a guy hitting a lass a couple of years ago at New Year, grabbed the guy, clipped the kerb and fell over, landing on him which shattered his kneecap requiring many surgeries since. Taken to court for aggravated assault I think it was, got let off and the judge basically said he couldnt believe it had made it to court in the first place.

If I had my time over again, I'm pretty sure that I'd do exactly the same.

Cheers,
Grant

i got a section 59 once because a police officer had to do 80mph to catch me up on a dual carrige way... my argument was that if i was doing anything over 70mph he wouldnt be able to catch me doing 80mph lol.

was out with a few mates one night, ended up trying to get into the local club got as far as the turnstyle and the doorman turned me away say that i was too pissed, this turned into a bit of an arguement and as he escorted me down the stairs he thought it was appropriate to give me a bit of a back hander round the back of the head, got to the bottom of the stairs and as soon as he let go of me i punched him straight in the face, putting him on the floor and breaking his nose, shame i didnt see the two police men stood there in flurocent jackets

too much to list...........cant even remember half of them now!

there was a rather unsavoury incident that involved a gang of about 8/10 lads kicking my car (granada scorpio!) outside a nightclub in 1992-they were trying to get to a mate of mine in the car.
i dropped him off and went back with a few "mates" so the 5 of us found them and jumped out of the car and it became a real war-people through windows, baseball bat round head,my car got trashed.a right mess.

5 of them and 2 of us got nicked.they had to pay for the damage to my car and i got 12 months because i had gone back to sort it out.....

other daft stuff earlier on in life-possesion of lsd-was off my head when arrested-not fun in a cell!
theft of an astra gte-i didnt take it but was caught driving it
setting fire to a slide on a park when 15
various silly driving offences that got me a night in the cells

I'm so hardcore I got arrested for being drunk and moving some cones on a (30mph limit) dual carriageway to cone off both lanes! We hid in some bushes watching taxis clatter into the cones, just until a police car did it. They didn't find it as funny as we did for some reason.

I was about 16ish at the time, out with a mate in his car. He then decided to go nick some petrol from a mk2 astra he'd seen parked up in some quiet car park. Apparantely they were easy to nick petrol from. He was just about to do it, until an undercover cop car came screaming over from the other side of the car park!

Turns out my mate had a boot full of jerry cans and a few stanley knives

I got away with it as i had nothing to do with it, although his antics plus the pocket full of weed didn't exactly go in his favour

I've also blown up the drainage system in an underground car park with enough french bangers to blow up the world

I've been to the magistrates more times than I care to remember.
Lost my licence for a bit (as a result of 6 points). Been done for various offences including driving a dangerous vehicle, having no plates shown, speeding, failing to produce docs, no tax, having too loud an exhaust..etc..etc.. all petty wankerish things.
Only been 'arrested' once and let off with a caution - so again, petty crap.
Theres a whole load more shit they never got me for though.
I've never done anything proper bad, like fighting or robbing or anything.
Me and a load of mates once got chased by the local fire brigade but thats another story, luckily not involving any police.

allways was a bit of a bruiser, allways fighting, but more retaliation when someone started something, i never actually went looking for it, by time i was 25 had a bit of a rep and people used to ask me to do people for them, even got paid for the odd job, one day it all went pete tong and 5 years later i was released from prison.

different man now house wife kids dog normal life, after years of courses etc i control my actions now, although i do have a hidden fear that someone will spark it off one day and ill just loose it.

havent had a proper fight in 9 years, slapped a few people but not worth the hassle no more, luckily i havbe still retained my size so to be fair i dont realy get picked on or targeted.

so here endith this lesson from mr lardypants, fightings fun but it will one day end in missery.
