Well, seeing as this thread is already running, and being totally honest here, i personally would imagine the truth is somewhere between what he was rumoured to have done, and what he got prosecuted for doing, as fuck me you would have to be properly unlucky to get caught the one and only time you ever broke the letter of the law.
Bottom line is though, Martin is well and truely trustworthy these days in the experience of myself and everyone else I know, and with a criminal record that would result in no doubt the book being thrown at him, and with so much to lose, I really cant see him ever wanting to take risks with the law again, so im positive personally that he will stay totally legit as he learnt the hard way what can happen if you dont.

I've heard the stories. I always reserve judgement on something I don't know about untill I know the facts. Which I don't/didn't. I've never even met Martin FFS

Ive heard that Rockstar games are using Martoon as the next character in Grand Theft Auto 8.
Apparanly the storyline for the new game is around taking over Birmingham and building up your car tuning business. The final mission is a huge shootout with rival Grand Theft Auto gansta Tim Westwood for the rights to be the next Pimp My Ride presenter..........

And nothing..... I still can't pass judgement on the guy one way or another. I could have murdered 50 people but I could still come on the internet and say I didn't do it, so you can't pass judgement either way can you.... On the one hand you have people saying he was a ringer, a car theif, etc etc, on the other hand you have him saying he wasn't. Who do you belive? I'm not trying to knock the guy - this is the point : I can't knock him, I don't even know him, nor met him, I'm just saying is all
