fiesta rs turbo

does anyone know if i can take the fuel sender out without dropping the tank? i just need to replace this as the gauge is flickering up and down and i know this is the cause of the problem.

also can i buy the plug that plugs into the sender from fords?

 

comes out the top of the tank i think,a few people i know have cut a hole underneath there rear seat for easy access.

 

im not cutting my bodywork!
