Default Front Crank Shaft Oil Seal

Has anyone had as much trouble as I am trying to fit the bloody thing?

Was there for ages trying to push it in but it will not budge.

grease it up, then place the old one over the top of it and tap it in with a hammer

Dave mate you really should have put the seal in the pump first, its always a nightmare trying to put it in over the crankshaft stub.

A T2 compressor housing is the perfect size tool for the job - dont ask how we figured that one out, and yes i am aware not every one keeps a spare T2 in their toolboxes lol
