what are the best cams to use on a zetec turbo, what make have been known to get the best gains, i know it'll depend on spec just wondered what people have used. cheers

 

speak to ian howell of area six, he makes these engines in his sleep and as far as I know, he is the most knowledgable about making these engines give stupid power. Check out the customers cars section onhis website. he is very helpful no matter the issue

std ones are good for half decent power,does depend on how much power ya want!

 

Standards are good to 300bhp at about 20psi on good management.
