Default Turbo Advice

hi there, im after a bit of advice on turbo choice..........ive got a 2.0ltr zvh bottom end with je forged pistons and eagle steel rods built to run 7.5:1 comp ratio ( bought from JamesS2RS ).

im going to be purchasing either a nms head ( stage 5 ) with newman cam etc or a dave baker head and ill be using a custom inlet and also a tubular exhaust manifold.

i was wondering what turbo would be best for all round ie low down response and overal power etc.

stage 3 t3, t34 ( .48, .55, .63 ) or a gt28 or gt30 ????.

any advice would be much appreciated !!!!!!.

thanks

dave

I'd go for a T34 0.48, it's a very good turbo for 270-330bhp on a CVH head.

well the bottom end with a vulcan head and t34.63 made 300bhp and 360lb/ft.

ideally id want it to be on boost as quick as possible and hold it to the limiter, im not overly worried about making really high power figures over actual drivability but itll be nice, as a bonus, if i could have a decent turbo choice which would do both.

i have a brand new stage 3 t3 turbo technics hybrid on my current engine but with the new one being a 2ltr and also the head choice etc im going for im unsure whether this would be any good.
