Im going for a high powered 1.6 for a little project.
Ferriday can do what ever you want as low as 7.5.1
It has all arp bolts inc head bolts
This setup with the right cams should see you into 340-350bhp with the right setup & ecu
i was using it as a 2.0 Zvh and making 298bhp & 360ftlb @ 26 peak psi and holding 24.
Good engine and i can supply most of the parts for the same price for zvh @ 7.5.1

They can be removed no problem matey.
The parts i have will give 7.5.1 on a CVH head. It's the same spec as turboboss run he gave me all the parts numbers and contacts to buy the parts.
This engine is a very good spec and cost me around 3k for all the bottom end work, labour and parts.

The engine was built by Dr Auto's in Bishop's Stortford a local Rs / Cosworth tuner
All the machining work was done by Ash Poles in Bishop's Stortford
I may have one or two recipts but i never really bother keeping them.
Cheers,
Jim
