I don't know where to suggest offhand but I just had to write and say how terrible an experience this must be. I remember starting mine after a rebuild and worrying. Good for you for getting straight back into sorting it out!

Know andyg had a problem at some point, but cought it in time,my advice use a used pump that you know has done a few miles, but is 100% servicable

There have been others with similar problems, it's disgusting as the pump is not a hard part to get right, especially how these seem to fail.
I am so sorry for you, it's so bloody expensive as well, think I will will be refurbing my existing pump, not as cheap as a new pump as casing has to be machined as well as rotor.

yes i had a greddy oil pressure gauge i was controlling it when i was driving but it hasn't gave me any signal of low pressure... Everything happened in a sec!
here is a photo how it was before blowing....

i will post pics of the rebuild in a post on restoration section

what brand is it on the pump ? Was the engine cold when it happened ? I know the cosworth pumps flows alot of pressure on my engine so im extra careful when its cold or this might happen I think =)
