Default Help needed with Mitsubishi Shogun Pinin !

Having problems just now with a 2001 Shogun Pinin 2.0GDi, car has always had a kind of flat spot around 4k revs and now its running like a right bag of shit !!!

Feels like its getting starved of fuel and wont take any revs at times, idle went all to cock now and again as well, seems to clear itself once in a while and is alright for a short time but still not 100% !

Comes up with a fault code 0190 which is fuel pressure problem, has recently had a new fuel tank and not sure if this is related !

Have cleaned out the filter and blown through the fuel lines and as much of the fuel system as i can but still cant locate the fault !!

Anyone got any ideas as to how and fix this pile of jap shite !!!
