Original Rocker Cover Gasket?
does anyone know where i can get and original rocker cover gasket online for a frst with the little metal stubs in them?
Are they the same as XR3i ones?
The reason i ask is i've got one at work that i never got round to using on my old cabby and that has the metal bits in.

I got one from my local Bennetts motor factors the other weekend and that had the inserts
