Original Rocker Cover Gasket?

does anyone know where i can get and original rocker cover gasket online for a frst with the little metal stubs in them?

Are they the same as XR3i ones?
The reason i ask is i've got one at work that i never got round to using on my old cabby and that has the metal bits in.
Just thought it may be of use to you??

only the ford geuinne ones have the metal bits.about 2 pounds from ford

I got one from my local Bennetts motor factors the other weekend and that had the inserts

Just relaised you're in Hodd as you put it. I used to run the MotorWorld in Fawkon Walk about 10 years ago
