Default Smoke in the morning and when cold

I have this problem with my Rst2.
when i first start it it smoke really badly(fog effect)
blue smoke and it smells like oil burn.
once it reaches normal operating temperature(normally when the needle reaches the M or near to it) it stops.
it will only start smoking again when it gets cold.
Is this the common prob of the Valve stem guide seals worn or is there more to the problem?
any help would be appreciated.

Remove the air pipe from the metering-unit to the compressor inlet. Grab the turbo shaft nut between your fingers and check for excxessive play. No axial play should be there (none that you can notice with fingers) and very little radial play of 0.2-0.4 mm. If it moves more like a millimeter, then the bearings have had it.

Mine does the exact same. Smokes a hell of alot when cold, but nothing when its hot/warm. Ive changed my oil valve stems & the turbo. Still does it. Not as bad when i changed the turbo round, but like i said. still does it. Piston rings were done not so long ago either. It mainly blows it out when im not going fast enough & put my foot to the floor. It chucks it out then. Havent a clue what else it could be. Have i put a knackered turbo back on??

I just had the stem seals changed and its still smoking.
i think i will get the turbo replaced..
i saw a post on here about some guy saying that the oil return pipe from the turbo could cause this. is there any truth to this?

any other help would be valued.
