Default 2WD fuel Pressure Regulators...

Are all 2wd fuel regs the same.....I presume the will all rise the same? I have one that was setup for my new engine. The problem is the vac pipe take off has been bodged in with chemical metal or similar.

My original one is still mint and has a threaded banjo fitment (I presume this has been stripped off the regulator that came with the engine, hence the work around/bodge)

I want to swap these round by fitting the one that came with the engine and noting the pressure at base idle and then setting my old one to the same.

any problems in doing this ? I have a fairly accurate digital gauge for this

The rise rate is the same, or should be anyway, but I would get a fuelling check just to be safe!!
