Default Im stuck on GTA4
played it for an hour... and the cousin gets beat up.. you then beat them up, and have to chase the other one in his car..

but he has a knife and always kills me..? how do I beat him as its annoying me

Press up on the d-pad twice to bring up the phone keypad and dial 4865550100 to get all the weapons then when you are low on health/ammo dial 4825550100 to get full health/armour and ammo

Whenever you see him just about to attack press X to dodge out the way and then press O to counter attack, do that a couple of times and you'll beat him.
