Default Buying AVO coilovers - What springs rates for 4x4?

I've had enough of my mixed up second hand suspension, currently have 2nd hand Koni's on rear and 2nd hand Avo Coilovers on front, no idea of what springs are on either.

Decided to fuck that lot off and buy brand new AVO coilovers all round - what spring rate/weight should I go for??

It's a 4x4 Saff Cossie, it's used for road only at present. I don't mind it firm on the road, but don't want it silly hard. Gotta place my order on Monday so any advice very much appreciated. The car is poly bushed up front.

Gavin at chassis dynamics(AVO) will supply you with the recommended set of springs, so taking all the guesswork out.
I run AVO coilovers on my 2wd sapph and very pleased with them, but they are a bit hard at times, much better when loaded up though, so a very good compromise I think, have just sent me rears off to have refurbed as well.
