Default oil pressure problem

iv recently had my rst rebuilt crank lightened and balanced new big ends small ends pistons polished new piston rings high presure oil pump new water pump hybrid stage 3 pro alloy front mount pro alloy rad oil seperator swirl pot all new samco hoses head is standered but was checked and was fine im using castrol edge 10-60 oil , problem is i had 285t2 cams put in before i new i needed an engine rebuild so the cams are knackerd i havent used the car for about a month and half started it the other day and the engine is running really lumpy like its going to stall i let the engine get to temp and noticed that my oil pressure has reall dropped to about 2-4 psi on idle now iv only done 1000 miles since engine was rebuilt it was running fine then im having standered cams fitted and tune up im hoping this will sort everything out does anyone disagree.

Do an oil change mate! First 1000 miles should be done then change the oil, also 10/60 is a bit thick and will struggle to get round (might be a bit tappy as well)until its really hot and thinned out, i'd go for Millers or Silkolene 15/50.

If it's not idling at at a decent speed, the oil pressure will be low.
