Im really getting fed up with the amount of junk emails im getting. I get around 5 in my junk mail folder and 10 in my main inbox every day!

Is there any way i can stop this and find out how they have got my email address to me send me random things in the first place?

Most seem to be credit/loan/mortgage related for some reason and im starting to wonder if people are applying for stuff using my email address.

Anyone else get shit loads of these?

 

I get the same, used to be a lot worse when I was with Orange, anything up to 20-30 a day. Just check your spam filter settings.

 

I'm getting LOADS of these ones claiming to be Lloyds TSB/Halifax/Egg etc etc, wanting me to log in to confirm my back account number and sort code!!

When you hover over the link, it is for a .pl or .hu site. Yeah right.

 

am with orange now and it takes the piss as l get a test every time l get an e-mail woke up the other day to 19 texts all crap
