Outlook has the tools for basic spam control. Simply create a "Junk" foilder, then use the "rules" under "Options"(?) and add words to the filter, depending on what words are used in the junk emails. (can't remember exactly as I haven't used outlook for nearly a year.)

Unfortunatel, once your e-mail address has been targeted, there's not a great deal you can do about it, outlook will move junk e-mails directly to a junk folder for you if you have the small business edition of office installed.
There may be some software on the net that can eliminate it as well, generally, just hit the delete button

Cheers Graham, I've got it on the second highest priority of getting rid of junk emails, but if you go to the first one you have to put in a list of approved email addresses
I just seem to remember RANJ putting up on here the name of some software that stops it
Cheers guys
