slow lap top

whats the best FREE program to clean my lap top up as its gone quite slow! is it called directory cleaner or something? cheers.

There are many different programmes out there:

Spy-Bot
Adware
CC Cleaner

Plus what windows actually supplies in terms of disk clean up and defrag if you have installed/unistalled a lot of programmes.

go into the computers and IT section there is a section at the top on how to clean up and speed up your machine.

Very good, easy to do so get in there.
