nothing unsafe about them at all if theyre done right, just a history of bodged jobs. Would you say norris's evo shell is unsafe?

if you get 2 shells, and joint them properly its fine and no one will ever tell.

It IS illegal tho

plenty of limos on the roads all over the world, inluding the UK that are road legal, most of which are double cut and welded in sections

Cutting straight across like that is just plain dumb, should of overlapped....i mean staggered(doh) the sills and tunnel at a minimum.
If your gonna bodge it, bodge it right atleast,lol.

cut straight across the floor, use a complete roof pane land join the pillars and then fit new sills the full length
