my car is going for a setup on friday and need a STANDARD 1.6 cam, im after a good second hand one, has any 1 got one im live in the west midlands pm me if you got one and dont live too far away. thanks juffer

 

go buy one and 8 new lifters from a motorfactor £100 max if u use a 2nd hand one u will also need to use the lifters that were with it and keep them in the original order otherwise it will just wear and u have wasted ur money

 

wouldnt a new cam wear like a kent cam (need changing every 20 miles). I have used 3 kent cams on 3 different heads and they have all worn down. They were bought as a kit. I didnt want to go buy a new standard cam to have the same happen.
