Default Front polybush fitting?

Hey all, how much of a job is it to fit a full set of polybushes to the front of a saph?

Straight forward enough or any hidden nightmares? it needs bushes for MOT so i might aswell polybush it!

When i did mine on my old 4x4 i had a nightmare trying to get the ARB back in place, In the end i managed to do it using a big ratchet strap,
other than that though it went fine.

I used a ratchet strap when i did mine aswell to pull the anti roll bar in, its easyer on a ramp you can use a big bar behind the inner arch

Literally just completed the same job today on mine. As said use a 'winlass' (sp) to wind the ARB into tension to get it back into the TCA's. Other than that it's pretty straight forward.

As already said... the ARB's tension is the only major ball-ache...

...The way I done mine was to use a second person laying down and just pushed the bar inwards with their foot... no ratchets needed!!!

Defo worth doing, just make sure you have WEIGHT on the wheels, BEFORE FINALLY tightening the end of the roll bars where they go through the tca, other wise it can be all over the place.
