Default In Japan, didnt think i would make it tho!!

in over 10 years of my job and a possible 300+ long-hall flights i have never been so shit scared when a 777 has come into land...

all i can think of is that one set of wheels hit much harder than the other, flinging the plane sideways.. the captin hung on to it and pulled it back, but wen too far the opposite way... got flung around like a big blemonge pudding... oh i didnt like it!!
seriously brown trousers time, a 777 lands at 170 ish mph, if it all goes wrong...well u can imagen
anyhow, any landing you can walk away from is a good landing...

Surly a plane THAT size would need abit more than one wheel hitting the floor incorrectly to send it sideways etc

went abroad the other year, the pilot banked, landed, skidded sideways and came to a hault.

Then says every please evacuate the plain, leave you hand lugguage!!!! THEN the airhostes can't get the door open, jamped shut!!!

Agian, the voice comes - evacuate the plain immediately - PANIC!!!!!! a mass of bodies sqaushed up again the end of the plain, then finally she gets the doors open.

Shat me pants, and had to fly back home 2 weeks later.

can you remember that plan that crash landed in spain a good few years ago, but the airport didnt even know it was down in the field next to the runway?
my friend was on it, and the airhostes couldnt open then door then,, my friend had to do it for her LOL
he didnt sleep for about 6 months,,, and kept getting panic attacks,, the big girl LOL

ive done alot of flights too and never normally fussed at any point of the journey, but one flight coming into either boston or newark, the same thing happened and i genuinely thought that we were gonna roll over, we stayed sideways for waaaaaaaaaay to long!!! but the pilot held it. everyone gave a round of applause when we had reached the end of the runway and began to taxi to the gate!!

why did you wait till the plane had crashed and no one cuold open the doors before you shat your pants?
and then you waited for 2 weeks to fly home in shitty pants?
didn't you have a change of underwear or was it a case of not having any washing machines there

ok, piass taking aside, i've never been in tthat situation so i couldn't comment on how i wold react, probably just sit there and do nothing if i'm honest, they are trained to do a job and if they can't do it someone else can be the hero
