Default help erst engine into a fiesta turbo

help please guys i have a fiesta turbo that im helping me mate with the engine is dead (super smokey ) we have picked up a escort rs turbo engine as we were told they were the same apart from the efi but there is a sensor or summut that i noticed even before we took the engine help is there anyway round this or is the £200 escort engine we bought no good help please (the rst engine has a coil the fezzer is coil pack if that makes a difference ) HELPPPPPP

you deffo need that sensor! and the efi flywheel. You will have to drill it on your new block sadley

eeeekkkk drill the block is that not a massive/precision job

If you look on one of the posts on here theres a template you can use to get it in the right place,i had to drill mine to,it drills realy easy tbh.

it's not to difficult to drill the block to take the sensor, but it is very important to get it in the right place..... all you have to do is make a template up, the had part is finding the center of the hole? , transfer the template to the new engine and center mark the block and away you go. i have done a couple of these no problem
