might be far cheaper to buy a R32 GTR and break it? prob get 90% of your dough back after you have robbed the transmission?

Or buy a R32GTS4 which has the full GTR transmission but lower geared diffs, which you can usually pick up for about 1.5k.

Cool cars

As this is for quarter mile use, that could well be a good way to go, and I can easily drive it over to him, as Ive got to go that way soon anyway with a load of parts and could then just fly back home after dropping the car off

How often do those GTS4's come up for sale?

Is this is for a non Skyline application? If so are you aware that the front diff housing is integral with the sump?

Yes its for a non skyline application, and its not a problem about the diff, he would just put it in the sump of the engine he is using (or in a seperate casing in front of the engine if he can get it far enough back), he's a talented fabricator anyway.
