How do rs2000 recaros fit in to a x plate escort 75 van? They dont fit straight in.
The frames are completely different and they cant be swapped from seat to seat.
Anyone done this?

Are the seats you've got mk5 seats as if they are they wont fit, Mk6 seats however will go straight in

Yeah they are mk5, is there not a frame that will fit off a mk6 seat?

ive seen people remove the seats subframe, bolt bars across the seats frame, then they can drill the bars to suite mk6 subframes if you get what i mean?

i fitted a set in my 51 plate van today,i had to use mk3 fiesta runners they work a treat

can anyone tell me what runners these are off?
there fastened to some mk5 rs2000 seats and bracket to fit into a mk6 van.

yeah just take the runners from the old escort seats an bolt onto the bottom of the recaro's,

my bf done this with s2 rs turbo seats for a mk2 xr2
