Half day today at work, anyway got finished earlier than planned was home for 11.30.
G/F supposed to be at work til 5 rang me said she was taking the afternoon off cos shes couldn't be bothered could she come round.
I'd already planned to sort the rear brakes and other bits on my car out with a mate and him (self employed) had arranged his work round it to leave this afternoon free to give us a hand. I said to her no she couldnt. She then had a go saying she doesn't know why I don't let her come round but I said "unless you want to get bored stood watching us fix a car then by all means come round...plus we need cups of tea"
Anyway she buggered off to a friends house. Just this second got a text saying "im coming to yours at 3 whether you want me to or not" to which I replied "we can't live in each others pockets as fas as I am concerned you ae busy until 5, i've made arrangements around this and don't you dare try and control me saying that you are coming at 3 so we can go do something" she has now started with the "why dont you want to spend any time with me" line.
End of the day she said she was busy until 5pm so I made plans in MY free time to sort stuff, so that we were both free AFTER 5pm to spend time together
END RANT

Women.....

Or tell her this joke
Q: Why do women have boobs and fannys?
A: So blokes talk to them when they go out.

Sounds to me like you dont want a chick anymore..
Just let her come round watch telly and do want she wants, she knows your busy with ya car/mate. Whats the harm in her showing you some interest.
Your soon be moaning when she says shes found someone else

She's a bird, its to be expected, but what's your excuse for it?
you should have just said "as I said before, you are welcome to come round, its always nice to see you, but obviously im going to be cracking on with the brakes so im just a bit worried you may be a bit bored" surely?

Dont see the problem as long as shes not expecting you to change your plans, if she happy to stand watch you and make the tea then let her!
But the moment she moans!!

The main problem being she KNOWS the brakes on my car need to be fixed. She was the one who kept moaning the rear drums were grinding everytime she braked ... today shes like "no they dont need doing they can wait lets go and see my uncle" - I don't want to see her uncle.
The main prob being I'm living with my folks at the moment and my Dads trying to work at home (which she knows) so he won't appreciate her talking away to him all afternoon

id have let her come round mate, she could make the tea or whatever! my gf would probably help me fix my car as she wants to be a mechanic, i might test her another day by asking her to fit my coilovers

sadly,no-one has made a workshop manual for these fuckers yet-so how the fuck are we supposed to understand something that is wired up completely differently to us blokes?????
