You've found some good builders there, if they stayed up all night and worked though the earthquake to erect that decking and put the furniture out as well.

What a load of fuss eh? We're in Lincs and my missus got woke up by it and was really worried because she actually thought it was our boiler (which is on the blink anyway) about to explode. It was her that woke me up and I asked her if it was time to get up because she was up, then I just went back to sleep again. She tells me it was quite shaky and loud but to be honest when I get to sleep I'm dead to the world.

What about the decking tho? is that salvageable?
Will you buy back and repair the damage?
