In some ways I get more excited when Arsenal lose rather than when United win.

I've been to Emirates and sat with the gooners before and what an experience that was! Arsenal have the worst fans with the most blinkered attitudes (majority here NOT all, some are quite decent) in all of football! The most narrow single minded people ever!

Fabregas played from the start mate whilst adebayor came on towards then end, he was the one falling on the floor in the box but sadly he didn't get a 10 card from the diving judge he got a yellow from the ref instead. They had a strong team out including their best player and their captain much stronger than the Spurs one. We had players missing like the captain Neville, Giggs, Hargreaves, Ronaldo and Tevez. Scholes only came on late on.

Arsenal fans will make excuses and seem to be trying to say that they were shit and that's only why we won rather than give any credit to us for hammering them. Anderson doesn't seem to like Fabregas, he never lets him play.

I know Arsenal fans will do what that other team does when they get beat and switch onto another competition to distract it but they were beaten and knocked out, they both were and that is that. In the big one they have to ideally go to Chelsea and Old trafford and take points as well as trying not to slip up elsewhere in case the others don't. They have been good this year, maybe they will win it maybe they won't but on topic, in the FA cup they are gone. If the shoe was on the other foot Arsenal would be going wild but that wasn't the case so instead we get the same as v Spurs, oh its only a smaller trophy etc. Doesn't matter. Before the game everyone was on about it on both sides and i never heard this talk, i guess it's easier to say when you LOSE

 

im an arsenal fan and am rather upset and annoyed that we lost.

but im more annoyed about the team he sent out.
granted we have something like 9 first team players injured at the moment but could of got something better than that out there.

People are saying its just the FA cup but we with amount that weve won recently we SHOULD be trying to win everything we can.

I just hope that we win the league this season and that takes the pressure off wenger to win it and then maybe he will push harder in the other competitions.

As for the carling cup he will always feild a young team for that as he uses it a way of bringing them in slowly and giving them some experience.

Personally i think its a shame that either team didnt put their best team out. not that long ago it used to be a competition people wanted to win.

not being funny but look at the attitude of the team and manager. fabregas was about the only player moving.
im not denying that we was out played in all areas too though.

now im not saying that is a good thing, there aint a game any teams shouldnt be trying to win tbh and its bloody annoying that the attitude to win wasnt there.

don't remind him about that recent 5-1 drubbing either because it's not for the premiership they would have us belive that it's not important

 

purposely didnt make any remarks to a certain 5-1 drubbing for that exact reason. If they do lose the Prem (and I said at the beginning of the season that I thought ManU would win it) then they will then give another lame excuse

 

i think all fans should be eleated when their teams win and be saddened when their teams lose

they shouldn't start thinking they are better than the managers and start giving it all that about why they lost etc as if they would have played a different team

sometimes the managers pick the wrong teams and sometimes the players fuck up but that's the whole nature of the game

sure you can have your own onions about the matter but i don't think armchair fans should get ideas above their station

i've been a spurs fan for these past 20 yeasr but i couldn't tell you their team line up currently as i keep rememebring players such as liniker, gazza sol cambell and there was that fella who scored loads of time, clive allen? so for me the names that stick out like berbatov and kene and huddlestone etc are the ones that make the papers, shit, i thought mido was still with us even though he was playing for the opposition a few months ago
