Default What do I need to start as an Electrician?

I'm looking to get into Domestic Electrics and was wondering what an employer would want as a foundation to start my career.

Is it just C&G 2381 16th Edition? C&G 2391 Inspect & Test?

I'm still young so will be looking to start at the bottom, just getting that on site experience and hopefully working my way up.

Thanks in advance.

he said what would an employer be looking for, 16th/17th edition is what most companys round here advertise for the more experience on site the better of course... inspection and testing would be a big advantage but if your still new to this game then that could take a while for you to get
