BMW Z3 M coupe
anyone owned/driven one? they any good? there any variations (vanos/non vanos etc) and what are they like round corners etc? just interested on opinions.
want to get myself a decent quick sporty motor later in the year and looked at TVRs but tight to fit in and obviously reliability issues have kind of put me off a bit, would LOVE an S2000 but cant fit in them, thinking BMW being german the Z3 may be better for room (german cars seem to be better for room?!) and in theory should be better for high miles and reliable etc.
just after opinions/experiences please folks!!

My Dads had this one for about 5yrs...

and apart from the fact he likes to keep crashing it
its fucking spot on. Good fun, reliable, great little car, real headturner.
With a few Schnitzer/AP upgrades it makes a great fun track tool.

Haven't really got any better pics to hand mate. Err, its fairly roomy, best to go try one, I'm about 6' and I'm sure there's still room to go back with the seat when I drive it.

i have driven one, and they fuckin rock, not the best handling car in the world and not the fastest, but by god are they good fun to drive, just seem to have a nice feel to them
I'm sure Pon's brother has one or had one, I presume Rich has driven it too so ask him what he thinks, we all know how critical he can be about cars so I'd expect a genuine answer from him
He has indeed AJ, and is now selling it.
I've driven it a few times, and I love it! Proper hooligan's car - so balanced and controllable on the throttle, you can have it sideways everywhere!
It just does everything so well. The look may not be to everyone's taste, but it looks awesome from some angles, and breadvan like from others.
What's not to like though? Big 6 cylinder engine up front, RWD, two seats, and it's a BMW.
