Got a second chance offer on ebay for a set of Oz super T's http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...MEWN:IT&ih=012 , price came to 205 quid, so i click the Buy it now, am i right in thinking i have won the auction, and that i am in a legal contract to pay the person and recieve the wheels?

Well according to bazil1987 on Ebay he has sold the wheels to someone else now and is trying to fob me off with some 15inch speedline wheels off a honda civic

For some reason i knew when i recieved no reply from a message i sent on wednesday afternoon that they had sold them to someone else.

They are yours mate as you bought them via the 'Buy it now' I personally would not go through ebay as they will take years to reply. I would contact the Seller and say that you want the wheels you bought not some Civic wheels and want your money back. Also say you will collect the money back from him......take no shit mate

 

If you Got a second chance offer on ebay for a set of Oz super T's and thats not what the seller intends to send to you then i would report the item now, there are lots of options but as soon as you get the ball rolling the sooner you will get an end to this.

if he is not offering you the same deal on the same style wheels then he is in the wrong as you can only send a 2nd chance offer if you got 2 sets to sell or if the winning bidder drops out but thats dodgie cos we all know that most ppl use other ebay acc's to bid there items up then send a 2nd chance offer to the real bidder.

Bottom line is DONT USE EBAY M8

He has got the civic wheels still up for sale with no bids so i dont think you have to have them, have you payed him anything?

Years ago i got some real bargains from ebay , now it just seems like its full of scammers and people selling over priced crap.I have not used it for ages after getting my fingers burnt once or twice

 

Lucky for me i said i will pay him with cash so no money has changed hands, proper fuckin arse. ah well will have to start lookin for some differant wheels then

 

report him for seller refusing to sell to the highest bidder

 

how did u pay for the goods?

if u used paypal you can normaly get ur money back via the dispute consule but takes approx a month
