That pisses me off as well, the whole "its for scientific research, but now its dead we may as well eat it" thing.

Takes the piss, but such is life, and TBH battery hens like you probably buy your eggs from suffer FAR more.

 

Because these creatures are highly intelligent and are endangered. There is no excuse for hunting them. Why does mankind think it has the right to kill every fucking thing on this planet.

as chip said really, i don't agree with it but there are plenty of animals we kill for food (although blatantly rather than under the guise of it being for science) that suffer, but it doesn't stop it getting eaten!
i'd be more pissed off if they were being killed for "sport" like some other species of animal are.
