Default Rear bumper removal

Can anyone tell me how to remove the rear bumper on a Cossie 4x4, I am working on it now so would appreciate any help ASAP. Thanks

far as i remember there are just two torx bolts to undo t30 size i think,cant remember i will check and re-post

the one on the drivers side is a right bitch to get out as the fuel tank gets in the way

No, the one I want is a bracket that is attached to the rear bumper (sierra) and has a stem and then a mushroom head that fits into the slider
